Using Quick Flip
Quick Flip helps users research resale items, estimate possible resale value, track flips, draft listings, and decide whether an item may be worth buying. You agree to use Quick Flip responsibly and to verify important details before buying, listing, or selling anything.
No Professional Advice
Quick Flip does not provide financial, legal, tax, appraisal, authentication, or marketplace compliance advice. All estimates and recommendations are informational.
Your Decisions
You are responsible for your own purchases, listings, prices, platform choices, shipping costs, taxes, item authenticity checks, and marketplace compliance. Quick Flip does not guarantee profit, value, sale speed, item authenticity, or marketplace approval.
User Content
You keep ownership of photos, notes, posts, and scan data you provide. You give Quick Flip permission to use that content to operate the app, process scans, provide AI responses, sync data, improve features, and support your account.
Member Room
Member room posts should stay respectful and resale-focused. Do not post personal contact information, payment details, addresses, illegal content, private information about other people, or content you do not have the right to share.
Third-Party Services
Quick Flip may link to or reference marketplaces, payment providers, data providers, AI tools, authentication services, or other third-party services. Those services have their own terms and policies. Quick Flip is not responsible for third-party actions, pricing, availability, rules, or decisions.
Beta Changes
During beta, features may change, break, reset, or be removed. Beta access does not guarantee continued availability of any specific feature.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Quick Flip is not liable for lost profits, bad buys, inaccurate estimates, listing problems, marketplace account issues, shipping losses, authenticity disputes, or indirect damages arising from use of the app.
